• A Remastered 4th July show, at a time when a reminder of some of the good in America was sorely needed. Not uncritical, but the songs mostly empahsised the good things to be found there. Mother’s Day in the US, which may have affected our audience, as we made it up to just 12 listeners.

  • We do promise you something new every week, and this certainly fit the bill.  Nevertheless we had a good audience and up to 18 listener connections, which is pleasing.

  • Some progressive rock from Northern climes, and very good it was too.   A good crowd to egg us on, up to 16 listener connections at best, despite a glitch that cut the stream right at the start.

  • A third set of Van Morrison stuff, this one from his most prolific period with his biggest hits too.  Up to 19 listener connections, 16 for most of the show – thank you all for coming along and hope to see you again.

  • A choice selection of songs by the man himself, showcasing his characteristic style and delivery, and well appreciated by our audience which reached 21 listener connections.   Do join us again.

  • A collection of the music of this Norwegian guitarist, and something alittle different, more avant-garde and electic than our usual fare.   Neverthekssm, well attended, especially for an Easter Sunday.  Thanks to everyone who listened  🙂

  • Jazz + rock + some loudness.  Power fusion was the outgoing end of the jazz-rock genre, and we had some of the best exemplars in our show.

  • Tom Paxton, a man with a vast musical career, still not ended, beginning in the early Sixties Greenwich Village volk revival scene, and produceing to date 68 studio and live albums.  Writing and singing his own songs, accopanied on accoustic guitar, he told arresting stories with a few well-chosen words in songs three or four…

  • A show highlighting the career of Malcom Cecil, musician and engineer, who was responsible for the birth of one of the first synthesisers back in the Seventies, and who had producer and music credits on a lot of widely-varying albums, usually with some jazz connection. 17 listener connections at best, very satisfying.  Do join us again…

  • A new show with mostly contemporary tracks from our friend Nigel for International Women’s Day 2026. Well attended, 19 for most of the show with a peak of 21. Preshow was from the more established ladies of jazz, and postshow was electronic ladies.
