A very fine show indeed, thanks to Hugh and Martin. Made a few converts, I think. Also at least one person who asked about Doctor Horrible’s Sing-Along Blog, a Joss Whedon show which I loved and would recommend to all people who like his work.

043R Remembering Anticipating Obduction
A successful remastering of a set of tracks that I’d assembled when we were just about to see the release of Obduction. I did get a few things right, but more important, it was a great show.
Jan tells me it should be La Journée. All I can say is that the Hellecasters are not French…

A new show, prompted by the recent death of Malcolm Cecil, bass, keyboard and electronic wizard. We played his early jazz bass stuff in the preshow, and the plethora of artists he’d produced and engineered in the main show, along with electronic music from the Tonto’s Exapandind Heand Band, the very seventies name for he and Bob Margouleff playing the TONTO synthesiser.
