A show I remasterd in terms of the script, but the content remained unchanged.  I was tempted, but I’m glad I didn’t succumb.  Very well attended, max 25, 19 for most of the show – more than we had for the first broadcast 🙂  Very gratifying.

An idea that occurred to me a while ago, and at the time I didn’t think there would be many tracks that qualified.  Then I started to look properly, and my goodness, there are loads.

I did indulge myself a bit in choosing some of my own favourites, but Malaclypse and Hugh contributed too, Hugh helping with the classical/accoustic section in particular.

We had a good audience, especially considering we were still in the holiday period, and the folks in the cavern liked it.  We’ll start work on a follow-up

A remastered version of our fiftieth anniversary show, inevitably titled Gold.  One track changed, and the script revamped with added Zing!  21 listeners, and the original show peaked at 25, so we’re doing something right.

Our anniversary show is always a Review of the Year, where Ed picks his favourites from the previous year’s shows.  Now we are broadcasting Remastered shows on the alternate weeks, Ed takes his pick from just the new shows, 24 of them in the past year.  We broadcast our first show in August 2014. August 2021 marks the end of our seventh year of shows, and begins our eighth.  We had a good audience for the show too, something that doesn’t always happen in the holiday season.

A welcome diversion to a less complicated time, the late Sixties on the West Coast of the US and the pop scene there.  A show full of three-minute singles from some lesser-known bands from that era.

Very well attended too, with a peak of 25 listeners and 24 for most of the show.  Hope to see you all again.

The Radio Free D’ni schedule covers every Sunday these days, and I forgot to check on the dates for Mysterium, so we coincided.  It was a very pleasant surprise to find sixteen people in the cavern when I got there, and a total audience of 28 overall during the show – one of our best attended for a while.  The subject of the show seems to have been a big hit as well 🙂

Our first show specially assembled for the Fourth of July, and it was very successful, despite the celebration drawing away some of our audience.  There were still over 25 listeners, a very good number for a public holiday.
